At Zenvera, your satisfaction matters. If you receive a product and are not completely happy with it, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in resellable, like-new condition. The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. All accessories, such as chargers or attachments, must be included. Orders that exceed this 30-day window are considered final.
Please note that products purchased at a discounted price or during promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You must contact us before returning or exchanging any product so that we can provide the proper instructions and ensure a smooth process.
This return and exchange policy applies exclusively to Australian customers and to purchases made directly through our official website.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.
If your refund has not appeared within ten business days after receiving our confirmation, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as there may be a short processing delay. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@zenvera.com, and we will promptly investigate.
Warranty Policy
We take great pride in the quality of every Zenvera product. All items purchased through our official store are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If a fault occurs, we will replace the item at our discretion.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs. It also excludes alterations, modifications, or normal wear and tear such as fading or material deterioration over time.
If a product is damaged due to misuse, our support team will assess the situation and may offer a discounted replacement as a courtesy.
To make a warranty claim, please email support@zenvera.com including your order number, clear photos showing the issue, and a detailed description of the fault. The more detail you provide, the faster we can assist you.
Zenvera offers a twelve-month warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty becomes void if the product has been altered, repaired by an unauthorised party, or not maintained properly under normal conditions.
